It has not been easy to find a convenient screening of Jaffar Panahi’s Palme D’Or winning tragicomedy (…maybe? I’m not great with genre-labelling and I literally have heart palpitations when the Golden Globes refers to THE BEAR or MARTY SUPREME as a Comedy/Musical… ffs. Surely all the best material about a grave subject matter has a little comic relief…
